Introduce gradually over about seven days, mixed into your cat's current food. Every cat is different — needs vary with age, weight and how active they are. Keep fresh water beside every meal.
How it's made
The food is sealed into the pouch first, then cooked inside it under pressure. That's what makes it safe to keep at room temperature without a single preservative. We make it ourselves at our own plant — we don't outsource it.
Storing it
Keep somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed until it's opened. Don't use a pouch that looks swollen or is leaking. For cats only.

Water she won't drink from a bowl
Each pouch is about 75% moisture. Cats get most of their water from food, and most house cats drink too little.
A gravy that's just meat
No gum or starch bulking it out, so more of the pouch is food and less is thickener.

Chicken. Water.
No preservatives. The pouch is filled, sealed, then cooked — and the step that makes it safe is the step that makes it keep.
- 01 Filled and sealed The ingredients and water go in, and the pouch is sealed. Nothing is added after this, because nothing can get in.
- 02 Cooked under pressure The sealed pouch is cooked through in a retort. That is what makes it safe to keep at room temperature, with nothing added.
- 03 Onto the shelf No freezer, no cold chain. Once opened it is ordinary cooked food — fridge, and finish it that day.

Chicken and water — is that a complete meal, or a topper? +
It's a complementary wet food: excellent as the main wet meal alongside a balanced dry food, or spooned over kibble for moisture. To feed it as the sole diet, check with your vet on balancing it for your cat.
How many pouches a day for my cat? +
Roughly 1.5–3 pouches for a 1–3 kg cat, 3–4 for 3–5 kg, 4–5 for 5–7 kg — the weight guide on this page works it out. Adjust to your cat's body condition and how active she is.
Chicken or fish — which should I start with? +
Most cats take to chicken first; fish is the one to try if your cat has decided chicken is boring. The trial box has three of each so you can test both before committing to a pack.
My cat is fussy. What if she won't touch it? +
Start with the trial box — six pouches, so it's a small spend while you find out. Use the week-long switch on this page; most refusals are about the change, not the food. If she still won't eat it, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you find a recipe she will.
Does an opened pouch keep? +
Unopened it is shelf-stable for up to 12 months. Once opened, cover it, refrigerate, and use within 24 hours. Serving it at room temperature rather than fridge-cold helps fussy cats.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong? +
Send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery — a leaking or swollen pouch, the wrong item, or anything missing — and we'll send a replacement. Don't use a pouch that looks swollen or is leaking.
