Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of candost.in and any order you place. By using the site or ordering, you accept them.

1. Who we are

The site and the CanDost brand are operated by Sighthound Pharma, 112/2/B/4, Near Hanuman Mandir, Shirole Nagar, Madhavnagar Road, Sangli - 416 416.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and ordering for delivery within India.

3. The products

CanDost recipes are for the animal named on the pack only (cats, or dogs, as stated) and are not for human consumption.
Our wet food is a complementary food. For a complete daily diet, or if your pet has a health condition, please consult a veterinarian. Feeding guides on the site and pack are general starting points.
CanDost is made in small batches from natural ingredients. Colour, texture and gravy vary between batches, and product photographs are indicative.
Follow the storage and feeding instructions on the pouch. Do not use a pouch that is swollen, leaking or past its date. If your pet reacts badly to a food, stop feeding it and speak to a vet.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, include GST.
We may change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Payment is by the methods shown at checkout or Cash on Delivery where available. Cash on Delivery orders may require phone verification.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there was a pricing error, we suspect fraud or misuse, or your address is not serviceable. If we cancel a prepaid order we refund it in full.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery is handled as set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

Returns, replacements and cancellations are handled as set out in the Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

8. Using the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. All text, images and design on the site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable consumer rights, the courts at Sangli, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
